If we confirm that the product is defective or that there was an error with your order, we will process a full refund for the affected product to your original payment method. You will not be required to return the defective or incorrect item unless we specifically request it.

Non-Refundable Orders

Except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly fulfilled, all purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Normal differences in appearance that do not indicate a defect.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

How to Request a Refund for a Defective Product

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the full refund for the affected product will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
